[Test-Equipment] Serious need for Sweep Generator Manuals!

Hi, I am in serious need of the following Manuals:

1. Exact Model 528 Log Sweep/Function generator. Evidently, Exact was a 
part of Tek at one time, but all my searches for a Manual for this pup 
come up short.....

2. Krohn - Hite Model 5200A Function Generator. I contacted K - H, and 
they want $100+ for a Manual.


I am willing to pay GOOD bucks for even just a copy of these 
Manuals.......
