[Test-Equipment] Need manual

Ed  - the 38-39 ghz band is popular for point-to-point rooftop  systems.  i 
have been selling surplus x3 multipliers for  39 ghz  to drive doublers to 
78 ghz for some time.  popular in Europe.  i have  some Impatt amps for 44 
ghz.  have got a few retuned to 47.
