[Test-Equipment] Manual for Metrix ox750??

Hi folks can anyone point me at a manual user or even better service for an
ITT Metrix ox750 oscilloscope with digital storage. I have worked out quite
a few of the functions, but it would be nice to know how to drive it
properly. A pdf would do fine as I am in the UK.
