       There is a high resolution manual which appears to be 
  complete at James Moorer's site at:

  along with manuals for other GR bridges.

  Warning: This is a VERY large file.

      Other than what is in the manual I suggest looking 
  through the _General Radio Experimenter_ for the article 
  describing it and for any articles on its application. I 
  believe the GR historical society has these on DVD.
