[Test-Equipment] Test leads

        I have been looking for multimeter test leads that have FEMALE
banana ends on them for some time with no luck.  I have two older
multimeters, a Motorola and a Simpson that have recessed MALE banana
connectors.  I had two sets of leads for them,  but all are worn out or
broken except for one black one.  Some people I have asked say I must be
wrong, they say I must mean the test leads have shielded male connectors.
  I am old, but not senile. Yet.    Anybody know where I can get the
leads or the connectors to make my own?
