[Test-Equipment] Verilink 4019 Bit Error Test Set

    I came across a pair of Verilink 4019 BER testers today at a Goodwill
store for just $7.49 each.  Before I buy them, I'd like to know if they are
at all useful but I cannot find so much as a pixel about their specs online.
Anyone know anything about the capability of these?
