Hi, I just acquired a very nice Exact Model 528 Sweep / Function
Generator. Does anyone know where I can purchase a Manual for it?
It is made by Exact Electronics Inc. I did the 'Google' search, etc. I
can't find a Manual anywhere. I do not even see that the company is
still alive...?
I also need help with a Tek 7623A 'scope. I would like to correspond
with someone that has experience with this model 'scope.
I have the Manual and also a Tek Manual called "Troubleshooting your
Oscilloscope". This was pretty useless.
The 'scope has worked perfect for many years. One day, I turned it on
and I heard a small 'click' from inside. Kinda like a fuse blowing.
I am pretty sure the P/S is at fault. So far, I have found an open fuse
on the P/S, a broken resistor on the P/S, and one of the 2 (power on)
micro switches inoperative (always on, broken spring).
All these items have been fixed, however, I still have NO trace or even
a 'Power on' light.
The P/S voltages (with the cables feeding the 'scope disconnected) seem
way too high..........
I do have another Tek scope, and I don't want to scrap this old friend.

I'm not convinced I've sent this correctly.
Mine of same size is rated 2KVA
weight (of mine) is more but I have metal sockets and cable attached
and I'm too lazy to take it apart
The difference will be mine is wound for 240volt use, yours seems to
have thicker windings (no surprise there then)
