[Test-Equipment] tantalums

I count 5 types (rubber sealed: red, black, white paper; teflon: 
glass sealed, non-sealed) described below your reply, Are all those 
tantalums?

(Yes I can Google, but coming from an "naive" POV, what with the 
thousands available, they all start look similar ;-). Only an 
experienced person can point and say "That one".)

This subject is so important to used-equipment owners & restorers 
that it would be very helpful to have such a list (including photos) 
created to help identify each, including tips (ie, the 2.5x 
overvoltage) and suggested replacements (ie, when to use another tant 
and when to use something else).
