[Test-Equipment] Normalair-Garrett micro ohmmeter

I have a colleague who has a Normalair-Garrett Ltd digital micro 
ohmmeter. I t has developed a fault and he would dearly love a circuit 
diagram. The device is marked with Part Number 6800G000 if this is any 
help. It is about 25 years old. Usual Google searches have failed. If 
anyone can help with a scan of diagram, it would be much appreciated.
