[Test-Equipment] Reasonably priced Calibration Shops?

I may be asking the impossible but is there a reasonably priced shop or
shops that does test equipment cal and repair?

Specifically, my Tek 7L12 spectrum analyzer needs a repair on one attenuator
position and the calibration even on the other positions appears to be low
as is the calibration signal as measured on a reliable meter. 

Additionally, I have a HP-410C that gives inconsistent results on a couple
of ranges.

I suppose this is what one should expect when one buys old and used
"working" test equipment off eBay and at swaps yet it should be able to be
brought back to life though perhaps the cost of doing so may be too great!
