[Test-Equipment] SPM 19 to PS19 connection

Hi Gollum,
The conection between SPM 16 and PSS16 is found in the operational
manual for SPM 16 at Bama.
Have a look in chapter 4.17 and fig. 4.7.
Its the same for SPM19 and PSS19.
Its only a BNC cable.
