[Test-Equipment] HP 140T Analyzer

Hi,

I have the chance to pickup a 140T, 8553B RF plugin and 8552B IF plugin. 
  The equipment is supposed to be working but has not been used in many 
years.  I have searched the web and Agilent for info but have only 
gotten the barest data.  It appears to go to 110 MHZ with decent 
sensitivity.

I think it would serve me well but would like some more info.  Does the 
scope have storage capability?  Is there any common problems I should 
check for before purchase?  And critical proprietary parts that are 
likely to fail and drive me nuts trying to obtain?  Any first hand info 
would be appreciated.
