[Test-Equipment] Varian TWTA manual?

I am also in need of a manual John and will be glad to pay copy cost.

Mine are  VZH6970K11037 and VZM6990K1HJ

Also Hughes  1177H02F000 and 1277H01F000  if possible.

Are tubes available at low cost if needed?
