[Test-Equipment] Help with HP 70000 Spectrum Analyzer

Hey Greg did you get a copy of the service manual?
If NOT I can email you the thing.

Some of the problems stated in the manual, are the unit ac input selector
is set at a different value than you are using, Ie; unit set for 230 VAC 
with 115 VAC
applied, or the reverse! Also if the unit is a 400 HZ as opposed to 60 HZ 
model.
You may get fault indications.

Input, need more input!
