[Test-Equipment] parting out TEK 545B scope

Hi All!

    I have a TEK 545B that was rescued from the dumpster.  The owner 
harvested the tubes from it and was going to discard the rest.  The 
front panel in quite nice, the covers are the same, knobs are all there 
and none are broken.  It even has a complete CA-1 plug in.  The owner 
assured me that it was a working piece before he removed all the tubes. 
I doubt that it's worth putting all the tubes back in it to make it 
usable, but it's quite useful for parts.  Let me know what you need and 
we'll make it cheap indeed.
