Gary,

According to the list of manuals I'm selling, I have an HP1423A manual @ $15 
plus shipping (about $3 Media Mail in USA).  If you are interested, let me 
know and I'll get it from storage  (to be sure I have it), before you send 
payment.

BTW, the 140A/1423A and D/T PI is a fine vacuum tube scope - very solid 
performance ,although good only  to 20 MHz, as I recall.  I still have one I
