Tek 400 series scopes were the first practical HF scopes and certainly made a huge difference in how I did my work as a '60s engineer. I also eventually got a HP851/8551 SpecAn on my bench and that cut my RF/Microwave test run times by at least an order of magnitude. I would've been a much slower worker without these two items of TE.
