[Test-Equipment] Simpson 1000 tube tester

I have found this emission tester in one of my
buildings. It's clean, meter working on line set but
does not show any readings in tube test position.

The transformer is good and is putting out the what I
assume to be the proper voltages. Mechanically, the
switches are OK.

Before I invest in a manual for a piece of equipment
that has very limited value I wonder if anyone on the
list has either a scan of a manual or at the least a
schematic for this unit.
