[Test-Equipment] Manual for HP 403B?

Anyone know of an available manual and/or schematic for an HP 403 RMS
voltmeter?  
 
I have checked all the normal places such as BAMA, Nostalgia Air,
Agilent, etc.
 
I have one in nice physical condition.  I would like to get it
operational.
