[Test-Equipment] Shipping from Australia to US?

There hasnt been surface mail from the US to ANY foreign country since May 
2007.

That change has really hurt many in the US that regularly shipped 
international.

Even with gas prices I can drive to Eastern Canada cheaper than using USPS 
and deliver family presents. Its ridiculous.
