Australia Post will be your cheapest air carrier at that weight.
UPS will be $202.30 at my discounted commercial rate as it as all by air and
customs brokerage is NOT included. DHL is about the cheapest air freight
carrier.
Quantas used to offer a small packet rate, dont know if its still available.
And as mentioned sea mail is the cheapest altho it can take 6-12 weeks from
my own experience.
You can go online to Aussie Post and check the rates.
