[Test-Equipment] Digitising oscilloscopes manual

I have recently taken possession of a pristine HP 54501A 100MHz 
digitising oscilloscope and downloaded  all of the operating and 
servicing manuals from the Agilent site (many thanks for that 
service!!).  To complete the set of documentation, I would very much 
like to get hold of a PDF copy of HP 9320-5776 "Feeling Comfortable 
with Digitising Oscilloscopes".
Can anybody help please?
