There are a number of sine wave AC and AC/DC calibrators made by Fluke, HP, and
maybe ESI, Valhalla, and others. Try Google or the Tucker site. Many are
multi-dial units settable to 1.23456 Volts or whatever. They are not really
common outside of standards and calibration labs because they are of limited
use.
Tektronix makes square wave calibrators.
