Hi John,

I repaired one of these a few years ago As I recall, the circuit is almost
exactly the same as the one in the ARRL handbook. Palmar, and a few others,
seemed to thrive on commercialising amateur designs - or perhaps it was the
other way around, the really successful manufacturers deeded their circuits
to the ARRL?
