Would there be any interest in a full-blown crystal test set for measuring the crystal motional parameters (Rx, Lx, and Cx)? I had to design one of my own a year ago for testing crystals when I was doing some work designing crystal filters. The test set published by G3UUR does not measure the series-resonant frequency but instead loads up the holder capacitance (Cs) so that the parallel resonant frequency is very close to the series resonant frequency.
