[Test-Equipment] Mains protection for workbench test equipment?

Eric, I think that I have to go farther in my descripttion of my test
bench. I do use an iso tx for the bench proper
but also for the test equipment cart, a Topaz ultra isolation tx that
has a farady sheild and shows the inter winding
capacitance of 0.05 pf! All of the test stuff is bonded together, HP,
TEK, Wavetek, Fluke, etc.
I have not experienced voltage problems with "spikes" or other gremlins.
btw, the bench isolsation tx is a GE 2 kva thing and has an inter winding
shield. pri to sec.
Thats just the way I do it here, right or wrong.
