[Test-Equipment] Help finding a HP 141T transistor

The transistor specs are:
Ic 250 mA
Pd 310 mW
Vcebo -100V
Vce -120V
NPN
Silicon
Plastic package.

Also known as SPS3626.

I have a scrap 141T, I will see if there is still one of these in it.
