[Test-Equipment] Reference info CEI Types 901A/B 905A and 906A-1

My database says that the TM on R-1394/UR and R-1420/UR is TM 11-5820-686-15 
and that I have one partial copy.  I'd have to find it and look at it in order 
to see how "partial".  I checked LOGSA and there's nothing listed under any 
of the numbers.
