[Test-Equipment] WTD: custom IC for HP5315B counter

Hi,	

To get a HP5315B counter going again I am looking for a HP custom IC:

either a 1820-2312   	or a	1820-2139

This MRC (multiple register counter) seems to be the culprit that stops the 
counter from displaying any output in count mode, while it does work fine 
in check mode.
Or has anybody come across this phenomenon and found another solution to it?

It is not a high grade instrument, but does come handy in some places.
If anybody has a junker available, I would be interested too.

In the end it is an instrument to keep Arthur Bauer's collection of vintage 
equipment going.
