Larry I don't have anything on the 306E, but a friend (out of town now for a 
month)
may have it. I'll check when I see him.
Either email or CD is ok here, maybe try the email first,if it doesn't 
work,the CD is fine.
Just let me know the charges.

  They seem to be scarcer then hens teeth but your in luck. I finally bought
  one and will be happy to scan for you and either email or send on a cd.

  I am looking for a manual for the 306E UHF preselector can you help?
