I looked at TM 11-2019, which covers the ZM-4/U bridges and it's family.  It 
has a couple of pages devoted to setting up the Hilborn Loop.  My copy was 
downloaded from LOGSA some time ago.  If you are not able to download it, 
I'll send the .pdf file to you if your e-mail can handle a 2.5 MB file.  If 
not, I have a DJVU file of the USN manual for the ZM-4B/U which is a .5MB 
file.
