[Test-Equipment] meter readings

Hi John:

I've seen military manuals where an analog multimiter with low input inpdeance 
is specified for a given test and the acceptable range of readings DOES take 
into account the meter loading of the circuit.  In these cases using a modern 
meter may give wrong information.
