Roland,
The military AN/TV-7 tube tester is simply the Hickok tube tester in a
ruggedized case. I have a TV-7A/U tester, and it appears to be electrically
identical to the commercial Hickok unit. You can download the most recent
switch settings in an Army Technical Manual here:
