[Test-Equipment] Advice about used scopes

Eric was mentioning the abilities of current digital scopes.  Nice
instruments providing the limitations of digitizing the signal you want to
examine don't cause issues in your application.  In addition, the bandwidth
is absolutely limited by the sampling rate.

With one of the older analog scopes, the useable bandwidth usually far
exceeds the 3dB rated bandwidth  (i.e.; the 465 and 475 will display signals
well beyond their 100MHz and 150MHz (or is it 200MHz?) specified bandwidth,
respectively).
