I agree with Greg, but would suggest the Tek 2235 or 2236 for a more 
modern unit.
Having repaired hundreds of Tek 465 series, the weak points are the 
EHT tripler and the attenuator contacts. The 22xx serie is approx. 
ten years younger and lighter, and prices are in the same range.
