[Test-Equipment] Suggestions for going through Tek 2465DVS/DMM?

Hello,
I'll have my new cap ESR tester soon and the first application I will 
put it to is to check caps in my test equipment.

I'll start in the power supply of the 2465 and look at whatever 
electrolytics I see along the way.

Any suggestions as to how to approach "renewing" the scope, and what 
else I might do? I don't have standards (my bench equipment is only 
as accurate as my Fluke meters, and they're not necessarily all that 
accurate), so precise calibration is not an option, or necessarily 
all that critical for my needs.

Ideas?
