it does power up - needs cleaned - no probes, but have
the Assembly Manual for it, plus:

Scope IO-4510 w/schematic fold-outs and parts list;
[1] Instruction Manual for the 15 MHz Dual Trace

[1] Instruction sheet package [7 pgs] for the Heathkit

Note:  the IO-4550 powers up, get [2] traces, blurred,

package.  This O-Scope has never been used - came with

section on O-scopes.  It is still in original plastic.
