AFAIK, there are no 'push-on' SMAs. There are SMBs and SMCs. Note that SMBs &
SMCs are available in 50, 75, and 93 ohm versions. The Higher impedance ones are
larger than the 50 ohm ones. The 93 ohmers are roughly the size of an SMA.
Also Sealectro made a similar line of specialty connectors,
