[Test-Equipment] WTD: Manual, operating instructions for TS-617C/U Q Meter

Carl--I successfully downloaded a couple of files from the LOGSA site;
want me to pass them along? One is under a meg, the other a little
over 5 megs.

(The system also indicated that it has a manual for the TS-617D model,
which is apparently the HP 4342A, a totally different and newer Q
meter. Couldn't get that since it takes you to a part of the system
which requires user name and password, but doesn't matter too much
since I already have two versions of the 4342A manual, one PDF and the
other DJVU. It's available from both BAMA and Agilent itself.)
