[Test-Equipment] WTD: Manual, operating instructions for TS-617C/U Q Meter

I may be able to hep here.  I have a tech manual and will scan it for you. 
Might take a week or so.  I have a TS-617C/U.  It does not use a termocouple 
sensor like the Boonton.  I have a Boonton 260 not repaired yet!
