[Test-Equipment] Questions about a I-111 tube tester

Actually, by the end of the War, all three models of the I-177 should have 
had the same settings booklet.  There are some differences between the three 
from a maintenance standpoint and the unlettered model originally came in a 
wooden instead of steel cabinet.  But the settings are the same throughout.  Just 
as they are with all five models of the TV-7/U.
