I got a Tek 465B with DVM, and find it quite useful. 

I also got a Philips PM3055, which is a *very* nice computer-driven 
100MHz scope. While I prefer the Tek, it's not because the Philips is 
in any way a bad scope; it's just that I've been using Tek scopes 
since 1965 and have internalized the operator interface.
