[Test-Equipment] New Style Test Probes?

Hi:

I've been through 2 sets of Fluke and a set of Pomona test probes used a 
lot with my Fluke 87 DMM.
The problem is that there is no strain relief at the probe end and 
that's where the conductor breaks.
The right angle banana plug does have strain relief and has never been a 
problem.
Where to get shrouded test probes that have strain relief at both ends?
