[Test-Equipment] MARS FST-2

Hi,
I'm not sure if this should be posted here or not...If not Please  excuse me.

I have a little meter here that I am unable to find anything  on(or even what 
it is suppose to be used for?) and am wondering if any of  you might be able 
to help me out? 
Its a Mars FST-2 
Does anybody have any  info sheets on this they could send me? 

I do know that this meter was  possibly made by the Pausan Company.The "MA
RS", name came from the Americanized  first name of the Company President. 
 
I can also send pictures to those of you that might want to see  what it 
looks like and maybe you could even tell me if the antenna is the  correct one or 
not?
 
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
