[Test-Equipment] HP 651B Oscillator Manual

Hi all,
  I'm looking for a copy (either paper or digital) of the manual for an HP 651B
test oscillator.  I have the 652A manual, but there are a few differences.
  I'd be interested in an original copy, a photocopy or a scan of the manual. 
Please let me know if you can help!  I've had little luck finding it online...
