Got a part number for the tester-as-a-whole? It'll be of the form
ddLdddd, most likely, where d is a numeric digit and L is a letter. 

Once you've got that, I can ask an IBMer friend to look it up. IIRC, 
they keep historical data on pretty much everything, Just In Case.
