[Test-Equipment] Video input

I purchased a B&W video monitor some time ago but didn't notice until
lately that the video inputs look like 6 pin telephone jacks.  I've
never related video to this type of jack.  Is this standard?  Are these
cables commercially available?  It has the sequential 4 monitor viewing
so it's worth a little extra effort.  Tnx for your help.
