I use Pace soldering and desoldering equipment all of the time. Technitool
sells tips. I get my irons and tips from ebay or hamfests.
http://www.solderingtech.com/assembly/surplus.shtml
has tips and equipment.
The Pace manual is available here:
http://www.paceworldwide.com/documents/PS70-90.pdf
This should be the tips for their soldering irons:
http://www.paceworldwide.com/documents/THC_Tip_Catalog.pdf
Any 3/16" tip should work with this iron.
Hope this helps
