[Test-Equipment] Gertsch 60 KHz Comparator Anyone have diagram, manual, know how to use it?

Hello Folks,

I have a Gertsch 60 KHz comparator.  This unit is supposed to lock to WWVB
and then compare an external oscillator and output phase information in
terms of voltage.

Does anyone have experience with unit or where I can get a schematic?

I would really appreciate it.
