[Test-Equipment] Boonton 93AD RMS Voltmeter

Does anyone have calibration instructions for the db section of a Boonton
Model 93AD True RMS Digital AC Voltmeter? The tech manual I have has
calibration instructions for the voltmeter portion but not the DBM function
(same for the instructions inside the cover). Specifically, I'm looking for
the settings of R1408, R179, R731, R734, R611 and R629.
